Scott Hall resurfaced on Friday night's Juggalo Championship Wrestling show in Pontiac, MI in what is believed to have been his first wrestling appearance since failing to appear at TNA's "Turning Point" pay per view on December 2nd. Hall had also failed to appear for Carlos Colon's World Wrestling Council on December 14th and 15th. PRwrestling.com reported that Hall, who at the time was the WWC's Universal Heavyweight Champion, arrived on the Island too late on Friday to appear on that nights event in Ponce. Hall was held off the Saturday night show in Caguas when it was determined he was in too emotional of a state to appear, allegedly due to family issues. Hall lost the Universal title on the December 15th event when Rico Casanova substituted for him in a losing effort to Biggie Size. Hall had started with the company last July under his old WWF name "Razor Ramon", quickly winning the title from Apollo. Whether or not he'll be back is anyone's guess, but if he does it likely won't be anytime soon.

Two weeks earlier Hall failed to appear on the Total Nonstop Action pay per view "Turning Point" on December 2nd, citing food poisoning as the reason. Numerous people in TNA were reportedly disgusted with Hall's excuse, as it had been the same excuse Chris Benoit used on the weekend he committed suicide after killing his wife Nancy and 7 year old son Daniel. While TNA officials weren't all that shocked that Hall didn't appear, there was a heavy sense of disappointment as Hall appeared to be doing well, was in the best shape he'd been in years and was proving to be reliable. The current attitude is that Hall is done with TNA, though the company has in the past brought back talent that has burned them before, so never say never.

The JCW event in Pontiac saw Hall team with Violent J and Nosawa to defeat Sal, Vito and Brandon Thomaselli.
