It appears that Adam Pearce will be the new Ring of Honor booker. Pearce has sent out a memo to talent detailing some of the changes that will be coming to the company, with an emphasis being on more simplistic storylines and a more distinct heel/face dynamic. The product is also expected to be toned down and shows will be shorter than they were before. At this point there are no plans on ROH's part to announce this publically, so they are not expected to make any statements regarding Pearce's appointment to the booking job.
