Wrestling Legend in Oshawa and Strathroy This Week Oshawa, ON - (Press Release) November 11, 2008 Great Canadian Wrestling (GCW) is proud to present two live events this week, featuring wrestling legend, The Birdman KOKO B. WARE. All the stars of GCW are in action this Thursday and Friday night in Oshawa and Strathroy, Ontario. Thursday, November 13 Oshawa, Ontario - Royal Canadian Legion Hall Bell Time: 7pm Featuring: Koko B. Ware Friday, November 14 Strathroy, Ontario - Portuguese Canadian Club Bell Time: 7pm Featuring: Koko B. Ware 'The Birdman' Koko B. Ware, recognized for his parrot Frankie on his shoulder, has over 30 years in the wrestling business and is famous for his run in World Wrestling Entertainment in the 1980s and early 90s. This is a one of a kind opportunity to meet and interact with the legend as he steps into the ring to grapple with Canada's top wrestling talent. Also appearing is GCW National Champion Otis Idol and 'The Fighting Irish' Jake O'Reilly, plus TNA-signed superstar Cody Deaner, former 2-time Ontario Independent Champion Hayden Avery and International superstars Phil Atlas and Rico Montana. Over 20 GCW superstars are scheduled to appear on theses action-packed card. GCW live events offer a night of fun and excitement suitable for the entire family; the focus is to entertain.
