CACTUS JACK INVADES NWA SHOW!!!

The National Wrestling Alliance was in Somerdale, NJ on Feb. 7, 1998 at Sterling High School. The main event featured WWF Superstar Cactus Jack taking on IWA Japan Heavyweight Champion. "Dangerous" Doug Gilbert. For this match, Dennis Coralluzzo managed Gilbert. Also coming to the ring with Gilbert was manager Barry Casino, who promised that he would disinfect Cactus' fingers for the match. Cactus went along with this little game, until he unleashed the Mandible claw on Casino. Coralluzzo at the beginning of the match said that Cactus was in the wrong federation, as he is a WWF Superstar, and this is the NWA. These two wrestlers brawled all over the building, including Cactus piledriving Gilbert through a table. The match ended in a No contest when The Misfits and Twiggy Rameriez ran out to attacked Cactus.

In other news on the show, Dennis Coralluzzo was hyping the NWA Light Heavyweight Title Tournament on Feb. 14, 1998 in Mount Holly, NJ at the National Guard Armory; Reckless Youth hit the ring. He started talking about how he is the best wrestler out there today, and he was going to win the tournament next week in Mt. Holly. That brought out Rik Ratchet with his manager Donnie B. Ratchet started talking about how he is going to win the tournament. Lupus was next to come out. Twiggy Ramereiz, and then "Surfer" Ray Odyssey followed him. Everyone was taking their turn talking about how they were gonna win the tournament. Then finally Devon Storm came out. He did an interview talking about how he has been to WCW, ECW, and competed in the WWF Light Heavyweight Title Tournament. Everyone left the ring finally, with Devon Storm and Reckless Youth remaining in the ring looking eye to eye. The two shaked hands and left

It was suppose to be The Misfits vs. Devon Storm & Ace Darling, but for the second week in a row, Darling was a no-show. Devon announced that he wasn't there, and announces that Twiggy Rameriez would be his partner for the night. Devon said how he might be a little weird, but take off the make-up and you have one awesome athlete. The two teams had an awesome match, but at the end it was Rameriez turning on Storm after nailing him with a chair. After The Misfits won, Twiggy said that now that he has taken out Storm, the NWA Light Heavyweight Tournament has just gotten that much lighter. The Misfits continued to destroy Storm until Rasta the Voo Doo Man made his return to the NWA and made the save for Storm.

Reckless Youth tied up the King of the Independents 1-1 by defeating Lance Diamond. This is a best of 3 series, and Diamond won the first one last week. Reckless tied it up here in an unbelievable match. After the match, Diamond shook Youth's hand, and stated he was the better man tonight. The two will now meet one on one at the Eddie Gilbert Memorial show in the 3 series. This match will be awesome.

In other matches: Overweight Lover beat Lupus, Great Caruso beat Metal Maniac, Dave Keller beat Evil Twin, "Surfer" Ray Odyssey beat Rik Ratchet (managed by Donnie B.), former NWA Tag Team Champion "Raging Bull" Manny Fernandez (managed by the Master) lost by DQ to Patch
